II.  Same Day Visitation & Funeral Service:

Includes: Services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming, Other Preparation of the Body, Use of Facilities, Equipment & Staff for Visitation and/or Funeral Service (same day), Local Transfer of Remains to the Funeral Home, Use of Hearse/Funeral Coach, Flower Car, Service/Utility Vehicle.

 

III.  Traditional Visitation & Service with Rental Cremation Casket:

Includes: Services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming, Other Preparation of the Body, Use of Facilities, Equipment & Staff for Visitation & Funeral Service, Local Transfer of remains to the Funeral Home, Transfer of Remains to Crematory and Receiving of Remains from Crematory, Service/Utility Vehicle, Oak Rental Casket, Cremation Container, & Crematory Fee.

 

IV.  Cremation with Memorial Service following:

Includes: Services of Funeral Director & Staff, Other Preparation of the Body, Local Transfer of Remains to the Funeral Home, Transfer of remains to Crematory and Receiving of Remains from Crematory, Service Vehicle, Use of Facilities, Staff & Equipment for Memorial Service, Crematory Fee, & Standard Cremation Container.

 

V.  Traditional Visitation with Graveside Service:

Includes: Services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming, Other Preparation of the Body, Local Transfer of Remains to the Funeral Home, Use of Facilities, Staff & Equipment for Visitation, Use of Staff & Equipment for a Graveside Service, Use of Hearse/Funeral Coach, Flower Car, Service/Utility Vehicle.

 

VI.  Same Day Visitation with Graveside Service:

Includes: Services of Funeral Director & Staff, Embalming, Other Preparation of the Body, Local Transfer of Remains to the Funeral Home, Use of Facilities, Staff, Supplies & Equipment for Visitation immediately prior to Graveside Service, Use of Staff, Supplies & Equipment for Graveside Service, Use of Hearse/Funeral Coach, Flower Car, Service/Utility Vehicle.
