Norman Joe Webb of Zeigler, Illinois, July 26, 1934 – March 14, 2019

Norman Joe Webb, 84, of Zeigler, Illinois passed away at 12:50 p.m., Thursday, March 14, 2019 at his home with his loving family at his side.
Norman was born July 26, 1934 in Christopher to Dwight and Katie (Fornego) Webb.
He married Hazel Weston January 24, 1952 in Paragould, Arkansas. She survives in Zeigler.
Other survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Bob Moskoff of Zeigler; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael Webb of St. Louis and Allen and Jill Webb of Waterloo; five grandchildren, Aimee (Brendan) Snavely of St. Louis and Stephen (Heather) Webb of Marion, Bobbi Moskoff of Terre Haute, IN, Boris Moskoff of Murray, KY; Andrew Elders of Texas; six great grandchildren, Liam and Lane Webb, Lillian and Clara Snavely, Jackson and Brady Elders and a brother, James Webb of Herrin.
His parents preceded him in death.
He was the former owner/operator of Webb’s Food Center on the Circle in Zeigler.  Norman enjoyed raising horses and watching his grandchildren and great grandchildren play sports.
Memorial services for Mr. Webb will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Vantrease Funeral Home in Zeigler with Pastor Doug Burkhammer officiating.  Burial will be the Zeigler Cemetery.  Visiting hours are from 9:00 a.m. to Noon, Saturday at the funeral home.
